At Whisky Auction Shop Limited , we are committed to customer satisfaction and product authenticity. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations when purchasing from us.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below:

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or broken

  • The product is faulty or unfit for consumption

  • The product is not as described

⚠️ We do not accept returns for change of mind once alcoholic products have been delivered, except where required by law.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened

  • The original seal must be intact

  • The bottle must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Opened or partially consumed bottles cannot be returned unless the product is proven to be faulty.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • Do not dispose of the product until instructed

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including applicable delivery costs


4. Money-Back Guarantee

Where a return is approved, refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Wholesale Orders

For wholesale or bulk purchases:

  • Returns are assessed case by case

  • Contract terms or supply agreements may override this policy

  • Damaged or incorrect wholesale deliveries must be reported within 24 hours


6. International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for:

  • Local customs regulations

  • Import duties and taxes

  • Ensuring alcohol importation is lawful in their country

Refunds will not be issued for orders seized or rejected by customs.

  • Photographic evidence (where applicable)
